Ingredients :
20ml Mathieu Teisseire Okinawa Black Sugar syrup
110ml Dark rum
20ml Honey
40ml Hot water
Method :
Pour syrup, honey, hot water and rum into a mixing glass
Stir, then strain over crushed ice
Garnish with lemon zest
