Ingredients : 
30ml Mathieu Teisseire Okinawa Black Sugar syrup
50ml Milk
50ml Cream cheese
1 Scoop vanilla ice cream 

Method : 
Blend and layer in a sundae glass
Garnish with cream cheese and foam
Finish with a crushed cheese biscuit.
