Ingredients :
10ml Mathieu Teisseire Okinawa Black Sugar syrup
40ml Anejo tequila
20ml Fresh pineapple juice
30ml Fresh orange juice

Method : 
Add all ingredients to a shaker
Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice
Garnish with freshly grated cinnamon and cinnamon powder
