Ingredients :
20ml Mathieu Teisseire Okinawa Black Sugar syrup
50ml Caramel infused vodka
5ml Apple cider
15ml Lemon juice
Top of with Ginger Ale
Method :
Build all ingredients in a copper mug
Top up with ginger ale and ice.
Garnish with apple slice and a mint sprig
