Direction for use
Boil Fondant to 33-36 C and add color or flavor as you want about 3% of all ingredients.
Glaze the choux and pastries with the hot preparation.
Fondant Souple is ready to use : no water addition required.
Tips : Add Glucose syrup about 10% instead of sugar make the pastry soft and moist.
